Tana Fedric has been a REALTOR for over 17 years, getting her license in April 1999.
Tana started her real estate career with Miner-Parker GMAC Real Estate where she was associated for 3 years. While at GMAC, she received the honor of being a Medallion Club member. This entailed being the top producer and a multi-million dollar producer.
Tana joined Scott Locklear at The Real Estate Pro Shop in 2002. She continued to be a multi-million dollar producer. In January 2011, Tana joined RE/MAX North Associates in Denton.Tana became part of Cannon Realty in January 2014 bringing 14+ years of dedicated service and knowledge with her. In November 2015, Tana moved to Denton and started the next phase of her career. In March 2017, Tana joined Ideal Real Estate Group in Flower Mound.
Tana also served on the Greater Denton-Wise County Association of Realtors Board of Directors from 2004 to 2017 and was the chairperson for the MLS User Committee for four years. She also served on the Public Relations committee and is very active with the TREPAC Committee for GDWCAR. TREPAC is dedicated to helping property owners keep property taxes as low as possible, lobbying for property owners rights and making sure no laws are passed to infringe on those rights.
Tana was nominated for Business Leader of the Year in 2008. She was instrumental in bringing Habitat for Humanity to Wise County and volunteered in building two houses with Habitat. She also has been the coordinator for the Wise County Salvation Army Bell Ringers at Wal-Mart since 2001. By coordinating the volunteers, Salvation Army has gone from retaining $250 for the service unit to retaining over $34,000 in 2016 and helping over 750 families in need for 2016.

Having lived in Wise County for 32 years, Tana was a member of the Rotary Club of Decatur where she was honored with the special honors of Rookie of the Year in 2001 and Rotarian of the Year in 2005. She was president of the club for the year 2010-11. While serving with the Rotary Club, Tana was been instrumental in providing scholarships for deserving high school seniors, participated in the Fishing Derby for Wise Co youth, a 5k run, helping organize the Wise Co Home and Lawn Shows, parking cars at the PBR and other fundraising events. Tana has a daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren.
Having moved to Denton in November 2015 to start the next phase of her career, Tana joined Ideal Real Estate Group in Flower Mound in March 2017.
